THE BRIEF
Donna Butler is a self-taught artist mastering the science of art and the fluidity of paint to create abstract pieces which can compliment and bring to life any space. As an Australian Artist, Donna has her art displayed in England, Japan, Bali, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Donna initially approached me to help her put her signature onto the back of her art and she wanted a logo which reflected her style of art. I then went on to support her through her first exhibition including a promotion flyer and art brochure.

After some brainstorming and working up some designs, I found a way to reflect Donna's style of art into a logo to use across all her communications and exhibitions. By taking a small part of her art and splattering it, I was able to create a logo which reflected her as an artist.
I designed promotional material for her first exhibition and created an exhibition catalogue for perspective buyers to use in the gallery. I focussed on a simple and clean design, letting Donna's beautiful art do all the work.
